I see the notice is dated 2/21 for a 3/9 hearing. We are due 15 days notice under law in a case like this. That's cutting it kinda close. When did you guys get them?

"Whenever the applicant for a matter requiring final approval by the City Council is the Mayor, a member of the City Council or the Commissioner of Planning and Development, the written notice requirements are as follows:

1. Written notice must be given as set forth in paragraph 17-13-0107-A1, except that notice may be served by first-class mail and must be served at least 15 days before an advertised public hearing."
