i hope the program has staying power. but i wonder if these violations are going to get lost in the new fangled computer system the city installed that no one seems to understand how to operate?

the buildings department is so backlogged, especially from the rash of porch inspection violations, it will take many months to get back to speed. did you read about that, paradise? if not i'll find the article over the weekend.

Funny---I was just mentioning to someone about the loopholes that irresponsible CHAC landlords use to duck and dodge paying assessments to the condo associations. Trust me, we've taken a big hit finacially.
